Julie is a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. For the past 9 years, she has taught group fitness classes, led Small Group Training sessions, and designed programs for individuals of all ages and abilities. One of Julie’s personal goals in any training session is to ‘challenge the athlete while welcoming the newcomer’.

Julie is passionate about empowering clients to achieve their health and fitness goals, build their confidence, and live their best lives. Her interest in health and fitness started in high school where she was an athlete and discovered her love of running. She enjoys weight lifting, walks with her dogs and 3 kids, and living a healthy lifestyle. Leading by example, she hopes to inspire others to honor and move their bodies in an ever increasing sedentary world.
